Frequently Asked Questions

Is my bank account information stored in RentAdminly?

Bank credentials are processed through our ACH provider and are never stored in plaintext on our servers.

Can I see who logged into my account and when?

Yes. The audit log in Settings shows all login events with timestamp and location data.

Is RentAdminly SOC 2 compliant?

We are working toward SOC 2 Type II certification. Current infrastructure follows SOC 2 security principles.

What happens to my data if I close my account?

You can export all your data before closing. After closure, data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
