How It Works

  1. Step 1: Go to Settings → Team Management — Open the Team Management section from your account Settings page.
  2. Step 2: Send an invite — Enter the team member's name, email, and pick a role. They get an email with a secure link to set their own password.
  3. Step 3: They sign in independently — After accepting the invite they sign in at /login on the Team tab — no shared credentials with you.
  4. Step 4: Permissions enforced everywhere — Roles are checked on every API request. A maintenance user can't view or edit your finances. An accountant can't change properties.

Can a property manager have their own login?
Yes. Every invited team member gets their own email + password and signs in at /login on the Team tab.
What roles are available?
Admin (everything except billing), Manager (properties, tenants, leases, maintenance), Accountant (financials), Maintenance (only maintenance requests), and Viewer (read-only access).
Is AccessDesk free?
Yes. Team management is fully included in your account — there will never be a per-seat charge.
Can team members see other landlords' data?
No. Sessions are bound to a single landlord. Even if the same email is invited by two landlords, signing in still requires choosing which account to access — and once signed in, only that landlord's data is visible.
