How to List a Vacancy

Step 1: Open Listings

Click Listings in the sidebar, then + New Listing.

Step 2: Pick the Unit

Select the property and unit. RentAdminly pre-fills:

Address

Bedrooms / bathrooms / square footage

Property type

Existing photos from the property record

Step 3: Set Your Marketing Details

**Asking rent** (monthly)

**Security deposit** required

**Available date** (when a tenant could move in)

**Description** — describe the unit, neighborhood, included utilities, pet policy

**Photos** — drag in up to 20 photos (we recommend 8–12 with the first being the kitchen or living room)

Step 4: Publish & Syndicate

Click Publish. RentAdminly:

1. Creates a hosted listing page on rentadminly.com

2. Pushes the listing to all 12 syndication partners (typically live within 24 hours)

3. Routes lead inquiries from every site into your Messages inbox
