Managing Multiple Properties from One Dashboard | RentAdminly

How to organize your portfolio, switch between properties, and keep each property's data separate.

How to organize your portfolio, switch between properties, and keep each property's data separate.

Your Portfolio at a Glance

Rentadminly is designed from the ground up for multi-property management. Every section of the app — Properties, Tenants, Leases, Payments, Maintenance — shows data across all your properties in one unified view.

The Properties Page

Your command center. See all properties with:

  • Unit count and occupancy status
  • Monthly revenue per property
  • Active lease count
  • Outstanding maintenance requests
  • Filtering by Property

Many sections let you filter by property:

  • **Payments**: filter to see rent from one building
  • **Maintenance**: filter to one property's requests
  • **Expenses**: filter to one property's costs
  • This makes it easy to analyze individual property profitability.

    Organizing Multiple Buildings

    Naming Convention Tips

Use consistent naming that includes the property identifier:

  • "Oak Street - Unit 1A" rather than just "Unit 1A"
  • "123 Main St - Upper" rather than "Upper Unit"
  • This helps when viewing all tenants or payments together.

    Assigning Managers per Property

If you have a property manager who handles one building but not others, use Settings → Team Management to set their property access. Coming soon: property-level role assignment.

    Dashboard Overview Stats

    The Dashboard shows rolled-up stats:

  • Total monthly revenue (all properties)
  • Total units and occupancy rate
  • ACH fees earned
  • Outstanding maintenance requests
  • These metrics update in real time as you add data.
