The Rentadminly ACH Fee Model

We charge a simple, transparent fee for ACH payment processing:

Fee: A small flat fee per ACH transaction — the same price regardless of rent amount. The current fee is shown to the tenant at the moment of payment, so there are never any surprises at checkout.

How a flat fee compares to a percentage

Unlike credit-card processors that charge a percentage of every payment (which means a $5,000 rent payment costs ten times more to process than a $500 one), our flat ACH fee is identical no matter the rent amount. A small studio rental and a luxury townhome carry the exact same processing cost — simple, predictable, and fair.

Who Pays the Fee?

By default, the ACH fee is passed through to the tenant (shown transparently at checkout). Some landlords choose to absorb the fee — you can configure this in Settings → Billing & Fees.

Where Does the Fee Appear?

  • On the payment wizard Step 3 (Confirm Payment)
  • On payment receipts sent to tenant
  • In the Payments ledger under the "ACH Fee" column
  • In the Dashboard "ACH Fees Earned" stat
